What I did

Directed validation-plan execution for the CMFB braking function within the PFC lot, aligned with strategic validation goals and parts availability.
Safeguarded QCDP targets: RTC and NRL milestone verifications, RTGFE alignment with the master schedule, OneTD / SIGNE conformity at the RL2 gate.
Synthesised technical input for stakeholders to enable critical decisions across three programmes running in parallel.
