What I did
- Oversaw development and validation of the critical chassis components: hub bearings Gen2/Gen3, steering knuckles, discs, splash guards, rear axles, wheel carrier plates and fasteners.
- Defined and followed the OneVAL validation plans and usage recommendations for each component.
- Strengthened design robustness through proactive risk management with suppliers and quality teams.
