What I did

Ran shape-plan analyses and feasibility studies for exterior plastic parts, applying injection-moulding rules: minimum thickness, draft, part rigidity.
Designed and integrated in CATIA V5 the tail-lamp bracket, rear bumper upper and lower skins, skid plate, tow hook, sensor and side brackets and lateral reinforcements.
Coordinated feasibility reviews with the programme teams.
